RETURNING GSACRD STUDENTS
Students that attended a GSACRD school during the 2020-2021 school year will be sent a Snapcode for the Online Registration Form when registration at their school opens.
Please note: Registration is not complete until the 2021-2022 Registration Form has been completed, reviewed and approved by the School Principal, the Grade Level Course Request Form has been completed and handed in, as well as all supporting documentation has been received by the school.
The Parent/Guardian will receive an email containing the student’s Snapcode for the Online Registration Form. Please read the Snapcode email in full.
Select the Snapcode link in the email. This will direct you to PowerSchool Online Registration. This can not be accessed through PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Complete the Registration Form in full and submit.
Hand in Your Course Request Form
Grade 9 - hand in to home room teacher
Grade 10 & 11 - hand in to SACHS Office
Online Students - take a pic of your course request form and email to email@example.com
NEW GSACRD STUDENTS
Registrations are ongoing at Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools. For planning and funding purposes, student registration is encouraged by the end of March for the upcoming school year. We ask that all new students register as early as possible to ensure a space in the program of their choice. For registration during the summer months, please complete the online form (link below). Principals will review the application for approval at the end of August. If you have any further questions, please contact the Division Office. School offices are closed until the end of August. Registrations are accepted until September 30th.
While we try to accommodate all students wishing to attend Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools, there are occasions when non-resident students are not accepted to the school of their choice. If the school is full to capacity or non-resident students require special education services, they may be offered a choice to attend another school and may be required to pay a cross-boundary transportation fee, if yellow bus service is required.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed the registration form and it has been entered into our data base.
Legal proof of the student's name, residency and guardianship will be required when you register. Please provide the school with photocopies of required documents, which will be placed in your child's Alberta Education Official Student Record.
